The warehouse can be a dangerous work environment if maintenance and operational issues are not addressed. Racking when it collapses has a domino effect…it pulls down all the racking around it and topples it like dominoes falling together.  No one wants to be like that Toronto warehouse manager who had to sift through tons of product to find the body of a worker buried under it…it took three days to find the body.
